He saw it in photographs from the rally and yesterday he took it himself and took it to the Investigative Committee to make sure that there were no complaints against him. And there were no complaints."
The detainee’s mother, Ferdos Dugiyeva, clarified that she was shown documents that said “seizure of a television company” and “overthrow of the government.” “I caught a glimpse, I can’t say for sure, but there was something there. And the investigator told me: “We are not accusing him of this, but we came here on these issues. And that all this is connected with Ibrahim’s participation in the rally,” she said.
“According to yet unconfirmed information, Ibrahim was taken to Nalchik. We are now looking into this issue and have involved lawyers. But in general, all his rights were violated. He has the right to a call, to a defender,” Pogorov noted.
