Dear editors!
Every citizen of Russia knows that if Vladimir Vladimirovich had not been called to head the Russian government in August 1999, the country would be doomed to decline and disintegration. The Wahhabis would have been shaken by Dagestan, then the entire North Caucasus, and then other regions would have sprinkled. Someone would go to Poland, someone in Japan, and someone in China.
Fortunately, the script of the Washington regional committee, according to the final collapse of our country, could not be realized, the humiliated and offended Russia stood up from the knees and straightened her shoulders. Economics and military power began to grow, in general, you know everything yourself. Obviously, these victories and achievements are directly related to the name of our national leader.
Of course, I also know this, but sometimes abstract knowledge does not lead to specific conclusions. I always understood that Vladimir Vladimirovich did a lot of good for science, but I understood it somehow abstractly. Yes, I can rummage in my memory and find many solutions for science - from a long -standing increase in the size of the president’s grants for young scientists to the development of Megasayens. But, I confess to you honestly, I did not add up a whole picture.
And a man came to my aid, who, of course, is endowed by nature by a much deeper and more systemic vision of the world than any of us - Mikhail Valentinovich Kovalchuk. Not so long ago, while visiting the program of Vladimir Solovyov, Mikhail Valentinovich gave an exhaustively accurate assessment of our president’s contribution to science. He said that Vladimir Vladimirovich is engaged in science of his entire period of stay in power and that not one of the large iconic steps for the development of science was made without Putin’s participation and, moreover, they were mainly made on his initiative.
Of course, evil languages could not be silent and began to recall that for breakthroughs we had in the last two decades. Entering a leading position in the field of nanotechnology under the leadership of Kovalchuk and Chubais? A breakthrough in archaeological research in the Black Sea area with the personal participation of Vladimir Vladimirovich both in terms of the rise of ancient amphora from the bottom of the sea and in terms of ensuring the deployment of archaeological excavations in the Crimea, which, by decision of the president, returned to the native harbor? The most lively talkers suggested that our president shared intelligence on how to receive graphene with the help of adhesive tape, with Novosyolov and Heim.
I would not even exclude this, by the way, because Soviet nuclear weapons, as we recall, were nothing without the help of our intelligence. But not about that now. We need to understand that we know only about the part of the achievements of our science, and much remains behind the scenes, and we will learn about it only decades later.
Only one example. Soon after Mikhail Valentinovich opened our eyes to the true role of the national leader in the development of our science, I read that in an inconspicuous magazine “Army Collection”, an article by Nikolai Prequas “Super Super -Lodat for the Wars of the Future” was published.
It talks about the use of metakontakt technologies, the ability to conduct an non -verbal interrogation of prisoners, literally to see them through, in general, about the use of parapsychological skills by the Russian military. It turns out that our fighters are able to force the thoughts of violating the work of computers, interrupt television and radio broadcasts, communications, read documents lying in a safe, even if they are written in a foreign language, which the military man does not speak special training.
The article also states that the soldier of the future should be stronger, informed, more resilient and maneuverable in different conditions, and the technologies that make these abilities possible include neuronas, bio- and nanotechnology, robotics, artificial intelligence and so on. The author does not report the details, but the listing itself indicates that this is exactly the work that is underway at the Kurchatov Institute and will probably be conducted under the leadership of Mikhail Valentinovich in the ERA military innovative technopolis. And there is no doubt that these works are inspired by Vladimir Vladimirovich personally!
