The Basmann District Court of Moscow arrested the money and real estate of the former Minister of Open Government Mikhail Abyzov, a press secretary of the court of Juno Tsareva told Mediazone.
On April 1, the court arrested 437 million rubles located on Abyzov’s accounts, on April 2-for two land plots, two houses in the suburbs, as well as for three apartments, four rooms and a parking lot in Moscow.
As the correspondent of the Mediazones reported, the arrest of Abyzov’s property today was mentioned in the Moscow City Court by investigator Alexander Nikitin during an arrest of the arrest of another accused, general director of SIBECO Alexander Pelipasov.
“Participants in this criminal community have taken measures to conceal the funds received as a result of the commission of this crime. During the seizure of property of one of the accused, namely Abyzov, an attempt to withdraw funds from the account was established, as a result of the operational actions of the investigation on these monetary investigations, ”the investigator said.

The Moscow City Court rejected the complaint of Pelipasov, who refused to participate in a meeting on video communication from the pre -trial detention center. The arrest of Abyzov himself was also supposed to pass today, but she was postponed at the request of the lawyer.
Abyzova, Pelipasov, as well as Rucom CEO of Nikolai Stepanov, Member of the Board of Directors of SibECO Maxim Rusakov, general director of “regional electric networks” (RES) Sergei Ilyichev and Finance Director of Energospetzmontazh CJSC Galina Freedenberg is accused of particularly large fraud (part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code) and creation or participation in the criminal community (part 2 and 3 of Article 210 of the Criminal Code).
SK reported that Abyzov and accomplices stole 4 billion rubles from Sibeko and RES companies and led them abroad. At the same time, Kommersant wrote that the case file mentions only the damage of 10 million rubles. The defendants in the case deny the guilt.
