In St. Petersburg, nine kindergartens were hospitalized

Nine children with acute intestinal infection were hospitalized from kindergarten No. 53 of the Krasnogvardeisky district. This was reported by the Office of Rospotrebnadzor in the city.

According to the agency, 21 children fell ill in total, nine of them were sent to a medical institution. “Clinically, diseases proceed in the form of gastroenteritis, enterocolites,” writes Rospotrebnadzor.

Employees of the department during the sanitary and epidemiological investigation revealed violations in the organization of nutrition of children. The activities of the kindergarten are suspended.
