The voice of the State Duma chairman Vyacheslav Volodin, who was absent when considering in the second reading of the bill on reliable Runet, was taken into account by mistakes of employees of the Chamber apparatus. The online publication "Medusa" the day before wrote that Volodin's voice was counted in the system for analyzing the results of the voting of the chamber when considering the bill on a reliable rune on Thursday, although the speaker was absent in the plenary meeting room.

"The State Duma chairman Vyacheslav Volodin was on April 11 and 12 on a business trip in Saratov. Nobody hid it, you could read this on the State Duma website and in the media that illuminated Volodin’s visit," Kashevarova wrote in her telegram -channel. She explained the accounting of Volodin's voice with a “human factor”: the chairman’s card was not seized by the staff of the apparatus, she remained in the system. ”

Kashevarova emphasized that punitive measures will not be taken for guilty employees. “If someone was mistaken for the first time, to punish and even more so should not be dismissed,” she said.
