
The army of Sudan does not give out the President of Omar al-Bashir to the International Criminal Court (MUS) removed from power. This was stated at a press conference in Khartom, the head of the political committee of the country's military council, General Omar Zeyn Al-Abidin, whose words are quoted by TASS.
“Omar al -Bashir is in our hands,” he pointed out. “Our council rules and holds accountable, but he will not give al -Bashira Mus.” According to the general, "neither al-Bashir, no other citizen of the country will be issued to foreign structures." Al-Abydin made it clear that the ex-president would be judged in their homeland, and all those guilty of the deaths of people during many months of protests will “appear to court and will not leave responsibility”.
In March 2009, the International Criminal Court in The Hague issued an arrest warrant of al-Bashira. He is accused of personally giving orders to suppress the riots in the province of Darfur and the destruction of the civilian population of the folkities of the trucks, Masabolit and Pokhava. Five of the seven points of the prosecution relate to crimes against humanity and two - on war crimes.
Al-Bashir became the first acting head of state, in respect of whom the Mus was given an arrest warrant. As a result, the president overthrown on April 11, until the last moment, visited only those countries that have guaranteed that they would not give it to the court.
The day before, the army of Sudan decided to remove from all the posts of the President of the country Omar al-Bashira, his assistants and to dismiss the government. The armed forces announced the creation of a military council to rule the country in the transition period, which will last two years. The country's parliament is dissolved.

The head of the ruling in the country of the National Congress party Ahmed Harun and the former vice president of Sudan Ali Osman Tah. The president himself was placed under house arrest.
At the end of the transition period, new elections will be held. In connection with the removal of Al-Bashira, a military council has been formed, a state of emergency is introduced in the country for a period of three months. At the same time, the Sudan National Security and Intelligence Service announced the release of all political prisoners and those who were arrested during the last mass protests in the capital.
