The chief physician of the Barguzinsky Central District Hospital was dismissed after the case with the patient who was locked in the utility room, a few hours later the man died. This was reported by "Moscow Komsomolets" with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Health of the region. Earlier, a dismissed ESCULAP woman worked as the head of the FSIN.
According to the relatives of the deceased Vladimir Kolmakov, on February 6 he was hospitalized in the Barguzinsky Central District Hospital with suspicion of bronchitis and bilateral inflammation of the lungs. The man was in serious condition, but for unknown reasons he was not placed in intensive care or intensive care unit.
The next day, Kolmakova was visited by his father. In the evening he returned to the hospital, but did not find his son in the common room. Employees of the Central District Hospital said that Kolmakov was transferred to another ward, however, as it turned out, it turned out to be a small room allotted for household needs. The patient was locked in the closet, accepting his walking around the wards in search of doctors, for the manifestation of riot.
The door was locked on a hinged lock, and it was opened only after half an hour, cutting the lock with a grinder. When the room was opened, Kolmakov was seen lying on the floor without signs of life. According to the results of the autopsy, Kolmakov died of pulmonary edema.
Relatives of Kolmakov submitted applications to the prosecutor's office, as well as to the Investigative Committee, the Ministry of Health and Roszdravnadzor. The family of the deceased claims that the Aesculapius accepted the patient’s agony for psychosis and locked him in a household, writes Mediazon .
The IC of the Russian Federation instituted a criminal business on causing death by negligence (part 2 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code). The Ministry of Health also began an official audit, promising to apply to employees who, one way or another, who had committed the violation, "the most stringent punishment measures." The head physician of the hospital Lyudmila Karpova said that she had already quit of her own free will, because it was she, as a leader, should be responsible for the actions of her team. She did not give an assessment of what happened in the Central District Hospital, noting that the investigation would be sorted out in everything
Karpova came to the field of view of the media back in 2015, when she resigned from the post of head of the medical service of the Federal Penitentiary Service in Buryatia. Then the publication wrote that she had been selected for a long time for her job - at first she was illegally arranged by the chief physician of the Mui Central District Hospital, and then the chief physician of the central hospital of the Barguzinsky district.
In 2015, the hospital team tried to protest against the appointment of Karpova and wrote open letters to the ministry, indicating that for 2.5 months of her work as the head doctor, maternal mortality was allowed, which has not been registered since 2009. The infant mortality and mortality of the entire population has also increased.
On January 5, one of the patients of the perinatal center in Ingushetia posted on the Internet a video in which she advises residents of the republic not to resort to the services of this medical institution, since there are supposedly no necessary conditions there. Following this, a video with a crying baby appeared in social networks, who was shut up his mouth with a nipple glued with a adhesive plasterer . In another entry, a young woman admits that she glued a child with a adhesive plasterer and apologizes for her rash actions.
As the head physician of the center of Khadi Ugurschiev explained, the patient was sealing the mouth of a newborn child, who shot him on a cell phone camera in the absence of a nurse and mother. She stated that it was a premature child who is located in the intensive care unit of the perinatal center in Nazran due to the problems with the lungs, and the information about violations in the work of the perinatal center "is not true." Nevertheless, the head physician was relieved of his position.
In Blagoveshchensk, a similar scandal flared up after the patient after surgery was bandaged with tape . As the daughter of a 63-year-old patient who suffered the removal of the gallbladder said, an ordinary stationery tape was imposed on top of the bandages instead of the adhesive plastry: the nurse explained that the adhesive plaster had ended in the surgical department of the hospital. The Ministry of Health stated that the hospital has the necessary means: it was decided to replace the head doctor of the hospital. And the head physician of the Perm hospital was fired after sheets of diseases used as toilet paper were found in the toilets of the hospital.
