In Arkhangelsk, a court fined Oksana Vladyka 30,000 rubles, one of the defenders of activists who were tried for participating in protests against the construction of a landfill. MBKh Media writes about this with reference to activist Yury Chesnokov.

Vladyka was detained near the Oktyabrsky District Court after hearings on the cases of the activists she defended. Protocols were drawn up against her under part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the rules for holding an event) and under part 6.1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (participation in an uncoordinated action that interfered with traffic and pedestrians). For each of these articles, the court fined the woman 15,000 rubles.

On April 7, an uncoordinated procession and rally took place in Arkhangelsk against the import of Moscow garbage, a landfill for which is planned to be built at Shies station. No one was arrested that day. Subsequently, the situation changed - the police began to detain the protesters, at least six of them were fined up to 200 thousand rubles by the court.
On April 10, seven people were detained “to clarify their participation in the past action” and released without drawing up administrative protocols. On the same day, the police brought Valery Sheptukhin from Severodvinsk to Arkhangelsk in connection with the April 7 rally.
