In Ingushetia, three protests were detained at the exit from the special receptionist

In Ingushetia, at the exit from the special receiver, after the arrest for 10 days, the leaders of the protests were detained - Akhmed Barakhoev, Baras Chemurziev and Musa Malsagov, lawyer Magomed Abubakarovob told MBH Media.

“Criminal cases have been instituted on them under Part 2. Art. 318 of the Criminal Code, through part 3 of Art. 33. That is, they are suspected of organizing in, let’s say, the use of violence against law enforcement officials, ”Abubakarov explained.

“We, together with the lawyers Ahmed Barakhoev and Musa Masalgov, have been waiting for a meeting with our clients for more than an hour. They should now go to the special receiver, get acquainted with the documents, later today will be interrogated, ”he said.

“We consider this detention, as well as, an initiated criminal case, illegal. Later, probably, we will collect the press conference at which we will answer all the questions, ”the lawyer added.

Chemurziev was detained on the night of April 13, Barakhoev and Malsagov - this morning. All of them were supposed to go out their special reception at 8:00, having left 10 days of administrative arrest in the case of the organization of the promotion without submitting a notification (part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), Mediazona told with reference to the right -handed organization Legal Initiative.

The day before, it became known that after mass protests, 58 people were detained due to the border with Chechnya in March in Ingushetia.

In the fall of 2018, an agreement was signed on the transfer of part of the lands of Ingushetia Chechnya between the heads of the republics-Yunus-Bek Evkurov and Ramzan Kadyrov. Under this agreement, Ingushetia received a part of the Nadtererny district from Chechnya, in return Ingushetia handed over to Chechnya the territory on the border with the Malgobek district, a section of the Sunzhensky district. After that, mass protests were held in Ingushetia.

In March, protests resumed. On March 26 and 27, a coordinated rally was held in Magas, in which clashes occurred between the police and protesters. After the shares, the security forces arranged massive detentions and searches in the houses of activists.
