“It seems that my turn has come, once again to experience the arbitrariness of Yevkur, my house and office in Karabulak is surrounded by security forces,” Mutsolgov wrote on his Facebook page.
The Mashr organization provides free assistance to relatives of abducted people and monitors human rights violations in the republic. In 2015, the organization was added to the list of foreign agents.
