In the capital of Bashkiria, the writer Dmitry Bykov was hospitalized. According to Komsomolskaya Pravda in Ufa , he is in neuroreumation of one of the Ufa hospitals with suspicion of stroke.

"Now the best doctors of the hospitals work with him, in touch with the leadership of the clinic and the Bashkiria authorities, and the Ministry of Health. Now he is in a coma, there is no accurate diagnosis yet, but they delivered him with suspicion of a stroke," an unnamed source told the publication.

Bykov’s hospitalization was also told by Interfax by the editor -in -chief of Echo of Moscow Alexei Venediktov. According to his words, the night before, the writer felt bad and was taken to the Ufa city hospital in connection with a chronic disease.

“Judging by the fact that they didn’t call me, everything is in order, that is, the situation is stable. They call me when everything is wrong,” he added. Bykov is one of the leading "One" programs at the Echo of Moscow radio station.

Later, in his Telegram channel, Venediktov specified that doctors evaluate Bykov’s condition as serious, but stable. “Dmitry Bykov has no stroke, and there is no suspicion of a stroke,” he added.

The acting Minister of Health of Bashkiria Maxim Zabelin also stated that the stroke was not confirmed by Bykov, but the patient's condition remains stably serious. “The best republican experts work with him,” the agency’s interlocutor said.

According to the BAZA Telegram channel, Dmitry Bykov became ill during the flight from Yekaterinburg to Ufa. After landing the writer, "was immediately taken to the first-aid post-he was disoriented, constantly addressed someone, called someone," the newspaper writes.

According to him, Bykov could not even go down on the ramp, he was taken out on a gurney. "At first glance, the doctors decided that we can talk about the consequences of an epileptic seizure, edema or brain tumor," the report said.

Bykov was supposed to perform in Ufa on April 16, a day earlier he gave a lecture in Yekaterinburg. It became known about the cancellation of the performance in the capital of Bashkiria only a couple of hours before the event. The leadership of the site where the Lecture "Direct Speech" was to be held solves the issue with the return of funds. The lecture itself can be transferred to another date.
