A pensioner was called to the police because of a complaint from the head of Chuvashia about a video message to Putin

Tamara Manaeva, a pensioner and member of A Just Russia, was summoned to the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Chuvashia in connection with a complaint by the head of the republic, Mikhail Ignatiev, about her video message to Putin. It is reported by "Idel. Realities".

According to Manayeva, the head of Chuvashia filed a complaint with the police, accusing her and other activists of destabilizing the socio-political situation in the region. The police took an explanation from a 78-year-old woman and a former opera singer about the video, which was published in the public “News of Chuvashia” on VKontakte.

In her video message, Manaeva, surrounded by other activists, drew Vladimir Putin's attention to corruption and "personnel leapfrog" in Chuvashia. The pensioner asked the president to remove the head of the republic ahead of schedule.

On the Pravda PFO website, in turn, they report , also referring to Manaeva, that a linguistic examination of the video has already been carried out. As a result of the check, no violation of the law was revealed, and the case under the article on libel was not initiated.
