According to him, on April 17, Timur Oziev was summoned to the police department of Magas in connection with the shelling in the village of Yandare. “They said that it is necessary to conduct an examination of the hands for the presence of gunpowder,” said a relative of the detainee.

The police did not ask Oziev about the shelling in the village, only about his participation in the rally. After that, he was taken to court, where he was fined 20 thousand rubles (Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Then, as Rashid Oziev writes, “Timur was waited for by the officers of the criminal investigation department, but he was taken over by the officers of the “E” center and taken to the city of Nalchik for interrogation.” At the moment, his whereabouts are unknown.
