The former company of the ex-deputy of the State Duma Alexander Abalakov lost a lawsuit against the Novosibirsk government. The company required almost 40 million rubles.

In 2017, Vostochny Yard LLC filed a lawsuit against the government and the regional department of property. The company demanded from the authorities 39.95 million rubles for “unjust enrichment” - according to the plaintiff, the authorities received money as the cost of the company for the reconstruction of the hostel and hotel premises in the building on Krasnoye Prospekt, 42A.

The Arbitration Court of the Novosibirsk Region sided with the department, the case file said. The decision was confirmed by the appeal and cassation instances, it entered into legal force, the taiga told. Info in the press service of the regional government on April 18.

Recall that in 2005, the State Unitary Enterprise "Economic Directorate" concluded an investment agreement with Vostochny Yard LLC for the repair of premises at 42A Krasny Prospekt, the former Oktyabrskaya Hotel. The company was supposed to reconstruct the first three floors of the building and facade, having received real estate for 25 years. The agreement began to operate in 2009. The audit conducted by the Property Department in October 2011 showed that the area occupied by third -party organizations, so the authorities returned the premises through the court.

“The court of first instance proceeded from the fact that the termination of the lease agreement was due to the guilty actions of LLC Vostochny Courtyard,” the department of property and land relations said. - The work on the investment agreement completed by the Vostochny Courtyard LLC was fully paid in accordance with the conditions for the distribution of the results of investment activities by transferring the premises in the reconstructed building to the property of LLC.

According to officials, the conclusion of a lease agreement was not assumed as a method of payment of the work made by LLC VPOS.

According to the Contour-Focus service, the founders of Vostochny Yard LLC in 2007 were ex-deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Alexander Abalakov and Boris Brusilovsky. In 2017, Artem Popov was the only owner of the company, uniting the F1 restaurant business. In 2018, the company was headed by Bobomurod Tukhtasinov, in January 2019, 0.6% of the company's share was received by the Armenian LLC Asbent, the rest of the LLC itself in the authorized capital.
