“The court of first instance proceeded from the fact that the termination of the lease agreement was due to the guilty actions of LLC Vostochny Courtyard,” the department of property and land relations said. - The work on the investment agreement completed by the Vostochny Courtyard LLC was fully paid in accordance with the conditions for the distribution of the results of investment activities by transferring the premises in the reconstructed building to the property of LLC.
According to officials, the conclusion of a lease agreement was not assumed as a method of payment of the work made by LLC VPOS.

In 2017, Artem Popov was the only owner of the company, uniting the F1 restaurant business.
