"The victory of Zelensky is in the Ukrainian elections, and it is almost inevitable, it will be very useful for Russia and Russian society. As all these Ukrainian lessons are very useful for us," the businessman writes on Facebook .
"Zelensky has no program yet, no team. He now wins exclusively on the dislike of Ukrainians personally to Poroshenko and to corruption, which has blossomed even more fatter than under Yanukovych.
I can well believe that Vladimir Zelensky will not steal. He is a wealthy person. And for the sake of Ukraine, probably, he will be able to resist theft and beat on the hands of others who want to repent from the state budget.
But on one fight against corruption, do not raise such a fraud as a 40-million country, Ukraine. And he has no other ideas, except for the fight against corruption.
Looking at the first steps of the candidate Zelensky, who he began to rely on, during his first trips to meet with foreign leaders, we can conclude that Zelensky will put on a liberal economic and financial policy.
But such a policy can still work in surplus economies, for example, as in Russia, where there is a constant flow of currency from energy trade. But in scarce economies, with a negative foreign trade balance, like Ukraine, such a policy will only aggravate poverty.
There will be all the same endless IMF loans, the growth of taxes, tariffs and devaluation of the national currency, as a tool for solving budget problems. This typical set of "liberal" reforms will not give anything to Ukraine, but only aggravate disappointment and hopelessness in society.
You can't live like that! Such recipes cannot be pulled out of poverty. And this will be another good Ukrainian lesson for us. "Youth + The fight against corruption + liberalism" is an insufficient formula for reform.
Something else is needed ... "
