The chief shareholder of the Yugra bank Alexei Khotin was detained in a criminal case of the theft of 7.5 billion rubles. We are talking about the money of the bank. This was reported in the Investigative Committee of Russia. They specified that the operation was carried out together with the FSB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. In the near future, the investigation will apply to the court with a petition for the election of a preventive measure.

The case was opened under an article on embezzlement.

In the Kremlin, in response to a request to comment on the arrest of Khotin, they said that this was a "case of investigative bodies."
