Together with potential partners, the Dellos group expects to open 27 franchise locations in Moscow and 15 in large cities in the Moscow region ( Reutov, Podolsk, Krasnogorsk and others) . The one-time payment from the franchise buyer to the trademark owner (lump sum) will be 2.5 million rubles. Investments in one cafe are estimated at 30 million rubles. and 27 million rubles. accordingly, the payback period for the establishment is three years.

The Maison Dellos restaurant group was founded by Andrey Dellos in 1991. The holding includes the restaurants “Cafe Pushkin”, “Turandot”, “Matryoshka”, “Kazbek”, “Bochka”, “Shinok”, “Fahrenheit” and “Volna”, as well as chain of inexpensive restaurants "Mu-mu".
