Jewish University Set on Fire in Moscow Region on Passover Eve. Swastika Painted on Building Door

On April 19, the building of the Torat Chaim yeshiva was set on fire in the Moscow region. Olga Yesaulova, press secretary of the Chief Rabbi of Moscow, told TASS about this.

According to her, no one in the yeshiva was hurt. The fire broke out in a warehouse with kosher meat. A swastika was painted on the doors of the building, Yesaulova noted. An investigation has been launched into the incident.

In a conversation with Interfax, Yesaulova called it outrageous that the arson was committed on the eve of Passover , one of the most significant Jewish holidays.
