Müller's report is most very edited in the first section devoted to Russia's intervention in the 2016 elections and contacts between Russian representatives and the Trump election headquarters. Several pages are almost completely darkened. The second section of the report on possible obstacles to justice by President Trump is less edited. They say that "the devil lurks in details." In this case, we can assume: it is hidden in the black spots hidden from the world.

“There is no clash (interests), there is no obstacle (justice)” - initially Donald Trump called the report “end of the game” for all “his haters and radical left -wing democrats”. On Thursday morning, immediately after the press conference of the Prosecutor General of William Barra Trump, he placed a stylish photomonta on Twitter: he was photographed in fog, the photo and font of the inscription are sent to the television series “Game of Thrones”. And even earlier, Trump called Müller the “gold standard” of the investigation. It all started "for health."
On Thursday, the Prosecutor General (aka Minister of Justice) Barr gathered in Washington Journalists at 9.30 in the morning to precede the publication of the edited version of the report on the Ministry of Justice’s website and the transfer of disks with the text of the report to the members of the Congress. It was not possible to properly configure public opinion. The attitude to the report has changed as soon as journalists and other “interested parties” gained access to the source (and not the retelling of Barra).
A few hours later, when the couple of Trumpov was serving from the White House to the resort of Margo-A-Largo, the president’s mood was by no means festive.
He ignored the issues of the reporters of the “presidential pool”, although it would seem that the publication of Müller’s report was supposed to put a bold point in the investigation of the Trump team relations with Russia and the influence of this connection in the 2016 election. Instead of a point, anything turned out: an ellipsis, a question mark or a comma. The headlines of two New York popular tabloids speak for themselves: New York Post: “Müller's report: Trump is clean. No accusations. The deception of the democrats is destroyed. " Daily News: “Barr's baseness. Trump Sicklem-Prosecutor confuses everyone. ”

With the most cursory reading of the text, it became clear that the prosecutor general Barr in the very first four -page letter to the leaders of Congress distorted both the spirit and the letter of the report. But even more Barra, the results of the work of the Müller commission distorted the Russian federal television, continuing to claim that “the mountain gave birth to a mouse”, “$ 30 million from the pocket of American taxpayers were spent in vain,” and now “the organizers of the investigation must apologize to Trump and ... to the Russian authorities.” The official reaction of the Kremlin and the Foreign Ministry followed a day later and also: “Nothing proved”, “All of you are lying”, “Halturist report”. Müller's commission was blamed for the deterioration of relations between countries.
In fact, what we knew about Russian professionals - hackers from GRU and special propagandists from the "troll factory", about the exits to the members of the Trump team of people who represented them as "associated with the Russian leadership", were not only not refuted in the report, but also supplemented with new facts.
After this report here, in the United States, the general improvement of the view is not to Russia, but to the Russian authorities (as diplomats say, “positive asceticisms”) - all leading political forces are not expected.

In the main withdrawal of the report, the prosecutor general did not formally sin against the truth: Muller’s commission did not find sufficient evidence of Trump’s relations with Russia (almost everything matters here, even a legged analysis: the word collision - “Congening of interests” noticeably differs from conpiracy - “Criminal conspiracy, coordinated actions”). Müller’s team did not charge, because she could not convincingly and unequivocally prove precisely the “conspiracy”.
At the same time, facts are presented, indicating that
Russian structures and individual Russian representatives acted during the election race in favor of Trump and wanted his victory, and Trump people were happy to accept the proposals of the Russian side,
By the same time, Hillary Clinton's candidate was “drowned” by the Democrats candidate. At the same time, Trump's assistants were not charged with criminal charges.
For example, presidential son Donald Trump Jr., along with Paul Manafort (at that time, head of the election headquarters) and Jared Kushner (presidential son-in-law and adviser), met on June 9, 2016 in the New York tower of Trump with a Russian team, promising to submit an incriminating station on Hillary: lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya, British lawyer Rob Goldston, who represented at the meeting businessman Aras Agalarov, former intelligence officer Rinat Akhmetshin. Müller suggested Trump Ml. He simply did not know that he could violate the law, meeting with foreigners who promised help in the election struggle. As the report testifies, Trump-Ml. He was proud that he would get important information.
Another question is that at the meeting compromising evidence was not transferred to the Americans. Müller’s people did not find a conspiracy or coordinated actions:
In the publication of electronic correspondence, Hillary Clinton, obtained by hackers and merged for publishing Wikileaks. As follows from the investigation materials, the first attack of Russian hackers on the Democratic sites occurred only after 5 hours (!) After a public call for Trump at a rally to Russian hackers to help find 30 thousand missing Hillary email letters. Trump said that his words were sarcasm, but somewhere they reasoned that it was a “guide to action” and at the same time “full indulgence” from the future president;
In the meetings of George Papadopoulos with the Maltese professor Joseph Mixud and a certain Olga Polonskaya, whom Trump adviser took as the “niece” of President Putin. As a result of these contacts , the Trump team was again promised “incriminating evidence for Hillary Clinton” ;
In Paul Manafort, Konstantin Kilimnik, during which the American told the former partner of Oleg Deripaska about closed data of voter moods and information about the “key” in the “key” for the general outcome of the elections of the States: Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Minnesota. Later, the special propaganda materials “Troll Factories”, “sowing a split in American society and teasing faith in the elections and other democratic institutions” were hit by voters in these states from fake accounts - this is the definition of American investigators. Manafort, Rick Gates (deputy head of the campaign headquarters, and then the deputy head of the Inauguration Committee) and Kilimnik also discussed the “peaceful plan” in Ukraine, which would be abolished by American and European sanctions against Russia;
in the discussion even before Trump's office, General Michael Flynn, the future adviser to the president in national security with the Russian ambassador Sergei Kislyak, cancellation of American sanctions imposed by Obama ;
In a meeting in Luxembourg in 2016, the chairman of the Board of Directors of Alfa-Bank Peter Aven with Lobibist Richard Bert, on whom the Russian businessman, who had previously met with Putin, asked to help establish a connection with Trump’s transition team , noting that “high-ranking Russian officials he talked with”.

By the way, on the topic “How Small World is the saying of“ Agent 007 ”James Bond): in the public report of William Barr on the disclosure of financial information, the US Prosecutor General admits that he worked in the Kirkland & Ellis LLP law firm, which represented the interests of Alfa-Bank (Barr earned in Kirkland 1 million dollars). Moreover, he received dividends from the Vector Group, a holding company that has deep financial relations with Russia. Vector President Howard Lorber organized Trump's arrival in Moscow back in the 90s to study the investment market. This was the first attempt to agree on the construction of Trump’s tower in the Russian capital. The American media write that the barre has significant assets (from 100 to 250 thousand dollars) and in Deutsche Bank, which was the only bank that continued to lend to Trump when others considered it too risky investment.
The bank is involved in scandals with money laundering associated with Russia. Two Congress committees are currently studying Trump's business ties with Deutsche Bank.
It is unclear whether the barrel refused the Vector Group or deduced its assets from Deutsche Bank when he became the general prosecutor.
As everyone knows, during the investigation, Müller made 34 charges, four people were sentenced to imprisonment. Russian citizens against whom the charges are brought in, the US is threatened with extradition. Singer Emin Agalarov - the son of Arass - canceled the tour of the cities of America. Müller will not follow new accusations from Müller, but, as it has now become clear, 14 more investigations are opened, most of which even the American media do not know about. Journalists are wondering about whom the investigation is being conducted.
The 45th president says now: everything that the Russians did before the election, "they were allowed to do to the Obama and special services administration." Obama is to blame for everything-somewhere else we heard it.

As a result of unsuccessful presentations, the report of the Prosecutor General Barra was called to testify to the law committees of both chambers of the Congress, he will perform there on May 1 and 2. Müller’s special prosecutor is also called for explanation for the Capitol Hill no later than May 23, but this is only the requirement of democrat legislators. Barra sent a judicial agenda demanding to submit to Congress the full text of the report (without any smeared places). And at the same time, the proposal of the Prosecutor General’s proposal is rejected to give some selected legislators a “more complete” (but still edited version) of the report.
The real scandal caused a distortion of another conclusion of the report: "On the prevention of Trump justice."
In a letter to Congress on March 24 and at his press conference on April 18, Barr stated that the evidence for Trump's accusations in this matter was not enough-thereby “closed the topic” from the point of view of the US Ministry of Justice. However, having studied the report (its affordable part), most politicians and the media indicate that Muller was not going to decide whether the President was prevented by justice, based on the practice adopted by the Ministry of Justice, not to bring charges against the current president. In other words, Müller did not set the task of accusing Trump of obstructing justice. But the conclusion that Trump is free from all legal responsibility (“there is no clash of interests, there is no obstacle to justice”), there is no report. Moreover, the commission proposes to solve this issue not to the Minister of Justice Barra, but to Congress as a legislative branch of power. “The conclusion that Congress may apply laws on the ban on the corruption exercise by the President of its powers, corresponds to our constitutional system of checks and counterweights and the principle that no one can be higher than the law,” the Müller report said.
Müller’s report contains facts about how and under what circumstances the president shot officials or related to the investigation (director of the FBI James Komi), or the Mueller team (adviser Mike Flynn), and how he tried to remove Müller himself.
Only the conscious inactivity of people from the nearest circle of the president (about which Trump fans say this: “Sabotage of the deep state”) tore off this resignation.
In some cases, Trump's people refused to tell the lie to journalists and colleagues in the administration. Former legal adviser Don McGan refused to refute the material of New York Times about Trump's plans to dismiss Müller's special prosecutor because he heard about it. Trump asked the former deputy supervisor for National Security Kathleen McFarland to write a draft electronic letter that he did not instruct General Mike Flynn to discuss with the Russian Ambassador the possibility of relieving sanctions from Russia. She refused to do this because she did not know whether the president told her the truth.
Governor of New Jersey Chris Christie refused to transmit the words of Trump to the director of the FBI Komi that he is a "member of the team and Trump is pretty." The president later fired the director of the FBI, from whom he demanded "personal devotion." Former head of the headquarters of Kory Lewandowski and senior adviser to the White House Rick Dirborn refused to transfer the order of the president to Prosecutor General Jeff Sehff “put pressure” to the work of the Müller commission. These are far from all cases that can be regarded as an obstacle to justice.
“The president’s efforts to influence the investigation were mostly unsuccessful,” the report says, “but this is largely due to the fact that the persons surrounding the president refused to comply with orders or fulfill his requests.”
There could be more facts, but Trump, who calls himself the president “with magnificent memory”, answering in writing to 34 questions of Müller’s commission, 29 times replied that he “does not remember” and cannot confirm or refute this or that fact. “I don’t remember,” answered the commissions Steve Bannon and other people from the “near circle”.

As stated in a joint statement of the leaders of the Democrats in the Congress of the speaker Nance Pelosi and Senator Chuck Shumer:
“The report of the special prosecutor Müller depicts the alarming picture (actions) of the president who weaves the web of deception, lies and inappropriate behavior, but behaves as if the law is not applied to it.”
“But if you had not read the report and listened only to the (Prosecutor General) Barra, you would not know anything about it, because the barrel is misleading (all).” Trump opponents require the immediate resignation of the Prosecutor General.

A day after the publication of Müller's report, Trump's tweets have changed radically. From the stylish “Game of Thrones” to criticism, again with unprintable vocabulary. On Friday, the president wrote his twitter message about Mueller for nine (!) Hours, interrupted by playing golf with friends, including radio hosts Rash Limbo. The former legal adviser McGan, who preferred to write down the president’s instructions to the great displeasure of Trump, who said: “My lawyers do not record for me (in the sense that they remember and perform everything).” As already noted, McGan refused to refute the journalists who said that Trump wanted to dismiss Müller.
On Friday at 7.53 in the morning, the president begins Twitter-invoice to the country and the world: “Statements about me made by some people in the Muller’s crazy report, written by 18 angry Trump Democrats, fabricated and completely do not correspond to reality. Beware of people who make the so-called “notes”, these notes never existed until (someone) was needed. Because I never ... "
After 15 minutes, Trump continued the incomplete proposal: “... I did not agree to give testimony, I did not need to answer the statements made in my address made in the report, some of which are complete nonsense ( in the original - Bullshit ), and are made only for the other person to look good (or I look bad). This is an illegal deception that should never have happened ... "
And the president put the final point at 16 hours 47 minutes: “... a large, heavy, empty waste of time, energy and money - $ 30 million, to be precise. Now, finally, the time has come to deploy the tables and call for the justice of some sick and dangerous people who have committed very serious crimes, perhaps even espionage or treason. This should never be repeated! "
In short, critics - enemies, traitors and spies, report - literally: “Bull shit” (and I remind you, “Golden Standard”), Trump promises the enemies “ANITDAY”.
Note that on the eve of the publication of the report “In the Kingdom of Trump”, things were going well.
