The Oktyabrsky District Court of Arkhangelsk fined three more participants in the protest against the construction of a landfill at the Shies station, which took place on April 7. about this “7x7” writes with reference to lawyer Alexey Kuroptev.

In particular, protest participant Nikolai Grigoriev was fined 14 thousand rubles, Vladimir Grigoriev - 13 thousand rubles, and Ekaterina Tsvetkova - 12 thousand rubles.

As Kuroptev clarified to MBKh Media, all of them were found guilty of participating in an uncoordinated action that interfered with transport (Part 6.1 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code).

The lawyer also added that reports were drawn up against Tsvetkova and the Grigorievs for participating in the rally that took place after the march. But it is unknown when hearings on them will take place, since the materials have not been submitted to the court.

On April 7, opponents of the construction of a landfill at the Shies station, to which they plan to transport garbage from Moscow, held a rally and processions in which about three thousand people took part. Later, environmental activists announced an open-ended action.

“7x7” has calculated that to date, security forces have detained more than 30 opponents of the landfill, 28 of whom received fines and mandatory labor.
