Bastrykin: the student who committed shooting at a Kerch college was humiliated by his peers

Vladislav Roslyakov, who fired at the Kerch Polytechnic College, was humiliated by his peers, said Alexander Bastrykin, head of the Investigative Committee. A video of his speech at an international conference at the All-Russian State University of Justice was published on the VKontakte social network.

“This boy in Kerch was humiliated all the time by his classmates. It turns out that now it is important to walk in American jeans, and not in a fake American one, the T-shirt is exactly the same, not a fake. He forged, bought in the market, his mother was alone. He was constantly humiliated on this basis, this is the result, ”said Bastrykin ( quoted by RIA Novosti).

He cited the example of Roslyakov when he spoke about the reaction of young people to injustice and noted that it is necessary to “encourage moral and positive behavior” of the younger generation.

Recall that on October 17 last year, 18-year-old student of the Kerch Polytechnic College Vladislav Roslyakov came to school with homemade bombs and a pump-action shotgun. As a result of the shooting and explosion, 21 people were killed and more than 40 were injured. Roslyakov himself committed suicide.
