IDM changed my mind to cut down the light in Khakassia

IDGC of Siberia planned on April 23 to start turning off electricity in Khakassia communal enterprises due to multimillion-dollar debts. The plenipotentiary of the President of Russia in Siberia Sergey Chanipolo intervened in the situation, he acted as a guarantor of repayment of debt.

By the end of April, in the region, in connection with millionth debts, it was planned to introduce the restriction of electricity to 18 communal enterprises in Chernogorsk, Askiz, Ust-Abakansky, Shirinsky, Bograd and Beysk regions. Seven communal enterprises from this list could be restricted on April 23. “A similar level of a decrease in the load on the electrical installations of housing and communal services assumes that the main production process of the enterprise will not be violated. Nevertheless, the provision of heat and water in the inhabitants of these settlements would depend on how the debtor enterprises distributed the remaining load, ”the IDGC press service explains.

According to the company, with a request not to de -energize the debtors to the management of IDGC personally turned to the presidential envoy to the Siberian Federal District Sergey Avayolo.

“Low temperatures are preserved in the region, there is a risk of defrosting heating systems in residential buildings and social institutions, so I turned to Rosseti under my responsibility not to turn off electricity to the debtor communal enterprises,” TASS quoted Changiel.

By decision of the company's management, the restriction of power supply in Khakassia has been stopped. Now Khakasenergo fully provides electricity to all housing and communal services of the republic.

“I am sure that with the joint efforts with the specialists of Rossetei and the authorities of the republic we will find ways to get out of the crisis, develop a comprehensive plan for the recovery of the sphere of housing and communal services of the region and begin to reduce the debt for electricity,” added the plenipotentiary.

Earlier, the head of Khakassia, Valentin Konovalov, turned to Vladimir Putin after the next meeting with representatives of IDGC of Siberia to resolve the debt of the republic for electricity. The governor asked "to pay attention to the behavior of monopolist structures." He saw in the actions of IDGC the desire to destabilize the political situation in the region and the mercantile interest of the private structure.
