The court arrested another participant in the rally in Ingushetia in the case of an attack on police officers

The court in Kabardino-Balkaria for two months arrested a rally participant in Ingushetia against the border agreement with Chechnya Ruslan Aushev, he was detained the day before. This was announced by MBH Media lawyer Magomed Bekov.

“Article 318 Part 2, in court, copies of documents from Ingushetia were considered, which were not certified. The lawyer paid attention to this, the court did not pay attention, ”he said.

He noted that so far there is no information on the other two detained participants in the rally - Khasan Katsiev and Ahmed Nalgiev.

Bekov previously reported “MBH Media” that after protests in Ingushetia at the end of March, the defendants in criminal cases of violence and the organization of violence against the police became more than 20 people.

In the fall of 2018, an agreement on the borders was signed between Chechnya and Ingushetia. On it, Ingushetia received part of the Nadtererny district from Chechnya, in return Ingushetia handed over to Chechnya the territory on the border with the Malgobek district, the section of the Sunzhensky district. After that, mass protests were held in Ingushetia.

At the end of March, the actions resumed. On March 26 and 27, a coordinated rally was held in Magas, in which clashes occurred between the police and protesters. After the shares, the security forces arranged massive detentions and searches in the houses of activists.
