The Oktyabrsky District Court of Arkhangelsk fined three more protesters against the construction of a landfill and the import of garbage from Moscow. It is reported by 29.ru.
The publication clarified that the authorities have already fined 32 people for holding a rally and march on April 7 or participating in them. The total amount of fines amounted to 912,400 rubles.
Sergey Syukhin - 27 thousand rubles
On April 24, the court fined Sergei Syukhin 15,000 rubles for participating in the march and another 12,000 for participating in the rally. Thus, the entire fine of the activist amounted to 27 thousand rubles. Syukhin was found guilty of violating the rules for holding an event for participants (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and participating in an action that interfered with the movement of vehicles and pedestrians (part 6.1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
The activist noted that he was detained when he was going to pick up the child from the hospital after the operation. According to Syukhin, the police explained the detention by focusing on the car. The activist spent the night in the department.
Evgenia Trubkina - 21 thousand rubles
On April 23, the court found Yevgenia Trubkina guilty under the same parts of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and fined 21,000 rubles: 11,000 for the procession and another 10 for the rally.
Vasily Pozdeev - 10 thousand rubles
Vasily Pozdeev was fined 10 thousand rubles, found guilty only of violating the rules for holding the event by the participant (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
Alexander Peskov - 500 rubles
The court also fined Alexander Peskov, the former coordinator of Navalny's headquarters, 500 rubles, who was accredited to the rallies on April 7 as a correspondent for the Free Speech publication. The reason for the fine, the court called exit to the roadway, probably, we are talking about part 1 of article 12.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of traffic rules by a pedestrian).
