According to the newspaper, we are talking about 38-year-old Ruslan Fatikhovich Yunusov, for whom on May 26, 2018, the migration department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region issued a new passport in the name of Evgeniy Viktorovich Prigozhin. A few days later, on June 3, Yunusov took part in a robbery.

“Two people broke into the apartment of a cryptocurrency holder on Bolshaya Pushkarskaya, beat him, forced him to reveal his hiding place, took five million rubles and forced him to share the cryptocurrency,” the newspaper writes.

According to her, Yunusov was born in the Yaroslavl village of Kotochizhovki and registered in Vsevolzhsk. Previously, he served in the SOBR, then in the criminal investigation department of Vsevolzhsk, and now he is a pensioner of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. According to Fontanka, after leaving the police in August 2016, Yunusov worked as a security guard.

Yunusov himself, at a meeting to select a preventive measure for him, said that he completely changed his name “due to the type of his activity.”

According to the newspaper, before Yunusov, two more people agreed to take the data of “Evgeniy Viktorovich Prigozhin.” At the same time, some of them returned their last name, and the second, the general director of the Engineering.ru company, “continues to copy everything,” and “what distinguishes him from the real Prigozhin is his TIN.”

In December 2018, the Daily Storm spoke about the “double” of the commander of the Wagner PMC, Dmitry Utkin. He turned out to be a previously convicted St. Petersburg resident Alexander Anufriev. He changed his passport in the fall of 2017, and companies associated with Prigozhin were also registered in his name.

St. Petersburg businessman Yevgeny Prigozhin is associated with the “troll factory” and the “Wagner PMC,” which was named after the call sign of the alleged unit commander, Utkin.
