The first to enter the hall Zakharchenko Sr. and Vladimir Koryevkin with lawyers. They took large bags with things with them. In Zakharchenko, things fit into a large black plastic bag in the style of shutters from the 90s with the image of African animals. Journalists immediately ran up to the accused. Zakharchenko stated that his son was “poisoned”, he dismissed all questions regarding the prosecution and did not answer in any way.
“Here the FSB filed a lawsuit against Novaya Gazeta. Have you read? Read. And the son is strangling. They took me to affect him, ”said Zakharchenko. - Try to live honestly. I tell you, we are very honest and decent people. How many lies they wrote about me. ”
Zakharchenko’s speech was interrupted by Judge Oksana Goryunova, who immediately began the announcement of the sentence. A few minutes later it became clear: the court found Zakharchenko and Koryevkin guilty of committing a crime under Part 4 of Art. 160 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("embezzlement on an especially large scale").
“The unidentified persons decided to embezzlement on an indefinitely large scale by transferring funds in the name of Viktor Dmitrievich Zakharchenko,” the judge continued to read out the decision.
As stated in the verdict, Zakharchenko provided information to the bank for registration of him, signed an employment contract, but at the same time he actually did not fulfill any duties. “I missed the work, did not comply with labor discipline,” the judge continues. At the same time, Koryevkin paid Zakharchenko a salary of 150 thousand rubles. And prizes, which caused the bank damage.
The court believes that the accused performed duties at the bank nominally and visited a credit institution only a few times. This is confirmed by the data of registration of visits recorded using electronic pass. From the bank’s accounts to the salary card of the “nominal” employee, which the bank itself issued, in 2015 1 million 100 thousand rubles were transferred. Another 1.7 million rubles were withdrawn from the bank’s accounts on tax payment and contributions to state funds.
Later, after the dismissal of Koryevkin, the patronage of Zakharchenko-Sr. was already provided by the new chairman of the Bank of the Bank Sergey Grib, who is currently hiding abroad and was arrested in absentia in absentia to the Basmanny court of the capital.
Koryevkin said in court that the appointment of Zakharchenko in the bank took place at the direct instructions of the former deputy head of the Moscow Department of Gorimosti, and at the same time as chairman of the board of directors of MIA Bank Gleb Bondarenko, he in his testimony denied any connection with the facts of embezzlement. Bondarenko said that he was not familiar with Zakharchenko and he did not have the authority of personnel decisions.
This evidence was enough for the court to pronounce a conviction. The court took into account when sentencing the personality of both defendants. In addition to the lack of criminal records, Koryevkin took into account the presence of two minor children, and Zakharchenko had the “Excellent Enlightenment” badge.
The judge did not have time to fully read the decision, as the Prosecutor General’s Office passed its own sentence.

An hour after the meeting began on the website of the department, a press release was published indicating the terms of punishment (during the debate of the parties, the state prosecutor Irina Didova asked Zakharchenko to be sentenced to five years in prison with a sentence in a penal colony, and Koryevkin should be sentenced in the form of six years of colony. Also, to both be a fine of 500 thousand rubles). Later, the text was removed from the site, and the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office justified that a technical error occurred.
It is noteworthy that with the terms of punishment in the department missed. The court appointed Viktor Zakharchenko four years of general regime and a fine of 800 thousand rubles. Vladimir Koryevkin was sentenced to 4.5 years in a colony of general regime and a fine of 900 thousand rubles.
“Out the deadline for the sentence from the moment of imprisonment from March 31, 2017 to March 22, 2018 at the rate of the day in the pre -trial detention center for one and a half in the colony, as well as the term of home arrest from March 23, 2018 to April 29, 2019 from the calculation of one day in one day,” the court’s decision said.
Mia Bank was recognized as the victim in the embezzlement case, which declared a civil lawsuit Koryevkin and Zakharchenko in the amount of 12.3 million rubles. The court decided to transfer this application for consideration in civil proceedings. Frozen money in bank accounts, land plots, houses Zakharchenko and Koryevkina’s car were left under arrest before the permission of a civil lawsuit.
Both defendants were taken into custody in the courtroom.
Zakharchenko listened to the verdict with a stone face.
When the escort came up to him and tried to put on his handcuffs, Zakharchenko asked him to give him extra time for the fees. “I am counting on God's judgment!”,-commented on the verdict already convicted Zakharchenko Sr. from the Aquarium. Protection is going to challenge the verdict.
Meanwhile, the process against the former employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Dmitry Zakharchenko is approaching the end. Since August 2018, he has been judged in the Presnensky court of the capital for two episodes of bribery totaling more than 33 million rubles and obstruction of the preliminary investigation (part 6 of article 290 and Article 294 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). He categorically denies his guilt. The funds and property seized from him in the amount of more than 9 billion rubles are turned in favor of the state. It is expected that on May 15 the prosecutor’s office will request a deadline for him, and after the debate the court will leave for a sentence.
