The election of the governor of St. Petersburg has not yet been officially appointed, but it seems that a serious struggle is in full swing. The Kremlin and the president personally throw everything that tours to the arm, not knowing the boundaries in promises. But apparently, this is still not enough for the federal government to be confident in Alexander Beglova.
Last week, Vladimir Putin again visited his hometown with a rich program. This time he held a meeting of the Council of Legislators in St. Petersburg and took part in the laying of several warships.
Naturally, the president met with the acting Governor Alexander Beglov - and approvingly responded about the project of creating a new park on the banks of the Neva in the historical center of the city. The park, according to the president, should be “ better than Zaryadye ” - the Moscow Park, opened two years ago at the site of the demolished Rossiya Hotel. Obviously, from the "Zaryadya" it will be drawn: Alexander Beglov promised that the park would be "multifunctional, multi -level, with the upper park and underground parking."
