The management company "Ob-Service" filed for bankruptcy of the Ob MUP "Teploservis". The amount of claims exceeded 7.5 million rubles, according to the website of the arbitration.

A preliminary meeting has not yet been scheduled. Several lawsuits have been filed against Teploservis, among them a statement from the Novosibirsk Municipal Unitary Enterprise Gorvodokanal, which demanded 19.78 million rubles in December 2018.

OOO UK Ob-Service, according to the Kontur-Focus database, belongs to Anna Shitikova and Denis Milyaev. The latter is known for fighting for the rights of deceived equity holders in the Ob, he also participated in by-elections to the local city council, but lost only 15 votes to the representative of United Russia.

MUP "Teploservis" belongs to the Ob city hall. The municipal enterprise is engaged in housing and communal services of the city, it is headed by Gennady Batyaev, who is also a co-owner of the Novosibirsk bread company OOO SibKhleb.
