The new emperor of Japan became Naruhito

In the imperial palace in Tokyo, the ceremony of intronization of the new emperor Japan Naruhito was held. The broadcast of this event was the main television channels of the country, RIA Novosti reports.

In the ceremony held in the Hall of Sadeen Matsu-Nom, 24 people participated, including the head of the government of Shinzo Abe and ministers. Narukhito entered the hall with members of the imperial family. He climbed onto a pedestal covered with white cloth on which the throne was installed. On his right hand, his younger brother Prince Akisino, who now became the first in line for the throne, stood up.

Then, two of the three sacred treasures were brought into the hall and installed on special stands-the jasper decoration of the Magatam and the Kusanagi-Tsuruga sword. Then the courtiers introduced and installed the imperial seal and the seal of the state of Japan on the stands.

After that, the courtiers removed the imperial regalia from the stands, and Naruhito, together with the members of the imperial family, left the hall.

In his first appeal to the people, Naruhito vowed to always be with him and serve as his symbol. “I wish the happiness of the Japanese people and the further prosperity of Japan, as well as the world to the whole world,” the monarch added. He will have almost daily participation in ritual ceremonies and reports to his divine ancestors about the accession to the throne until mid -May. Then he will need to prepare for a ceremony, an analogue of which can be considered a coronation among European monarchs - a declaration of himself an emperor before the people and the appearance in front of a subject in an open car. The parade will take place on October 22.

On the eve of the throne, the former emperor of Japan Akihito , who inherited the throne on January 7, 1989, after the death of Emperor Hirochito, renounced. Back in 2016, he announced the desire to rest in connection with advanced age and well -being. The law requires the monarch of Japan to be on the throne for life, but for Akihito the parliament made an exception, adopting an individual law.

In a farewell appeal to the nation, Akihito thanked his subjects and expressed the hope that the era of the reign of the new emperor would be "stable and fruitful" and that the inhabitants of Japan and the whole world would live peacefully and happily.

With the beginning of the reign of the Crown Prince Naruhito in Japan, according to tradition, a new era , called a rave, can begin, which can conditionally be translated as “order and harmony” or “prosperity and harmony”. During the month after the announcement of the new name, Japan managed to get used to it and begin to actively prepare for the new era.

When farewells, the Japanese began to exchange the words "Thank you for everything that was in Hayesi and see you in Ray." On the building of the electronics store in the center of Tokyo, two giant banners go down from the top floor: "Thank you, Hayesi! Congratulations, Ray!".

"Usually, the change of reign of the emperor always causes mixed feelings - this is sorrow in the deceased emperor and joy in connection with the beginning of the new era. Now the case is rare - we can rejoice, since no one died, the emperor Akihito is alive and just goes to his place, the heard prince comes to his place," the agency of the history of Japan Eiyati Miyasiro told the agency.

In April, 73 companies arose in Japan that decided to use the motto of Ray's reign in their name. The stores vied with the so -called "bags of happiness" - paper or plastic bags with a set of gifts. On the first day of the first year, Ray - May 1 - in the municipalities, the influx of newlyweds is expected, who decided to arrange a marriage on this historical date.

Producers of beer and tea decided to use the beginning of the era as a business chans - they will release memorable bottles with the inscription "The first year of Ray". In some restaurants, the beer -beer machines were set up in such a way that they write on a beer foam in the glass "drink to the bottom for a new era of Ray!". A 31% discount campaign - just so many years, the departing era of Hayesi - are held in stores and restaurants. In some stores, the first visitors will be distributed to Japanese sweets with the inscription "Haysei" and "Rave" or the popular pasta pastry.

The Japanese are offered to purchase a set for calligraphy, with which you can learn to write beautifully the Ray hieroglyphs with a brush on congratulatory cards. The bank’s advertising posters suggest "leave on Haysei payment through an ATM and go to the electronic payments to Ray."

And Nestle released Kitkat from black and white chocolate with the inscription "congratulatory" and traditional symbols in the form of pines and fans to a significant date. Chocolate was sold out in a matter of hours. And the pilgrims and tourists visiting Buddhist and Shinto temples will present sheets of commemorative paper with the inscription "The first year of Rave" made by hand.
