Vladimir Putin revoked the ambassador to Belarus Mikhail Babich. In the political circles of Belarus, they have long said that Alexander Lukashenko was ready for a lot to replace the Russian ambassador. However, there was no access to political circles to understand this: the mutual verbal attacks of Mikhail Babich and Alexander Lukashenko with subsequent official comments of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry sounded everywhere, like Alla Pugacheva’s songs on Russian channels on anniversary days. It is enough to recall the March interview with Babich RIA Novosti, in which he spoke in detail about the financial support of the Belarusian economy by Russia-according to him, this is $ 5-6 billion a year-and that the partner has the right to demand gas at domestic Russian prices only if all provisions of the allied agreement.

For this, an interview in the Foreign Ministry of Belarus Babich was called the accountant to the accountant and reminded that here he is not a federal district, but a sovereign state, the difference between which he probably does not know.

On April 19, a public accusation from Alexander Lukashenko was made that Babich did not know how to consider and that he harms his statements by Russia itself. And on the same day, the Foreign Ministry’s statement that the Russian ambassador for months managed to achieve what certain “external forces” could not achieve for decades - to destroy the close and friendly relations of the fraternal peoples. All this time, Moscow remained silent, did not react to attacks, and it was obvious that she was currently talking exclusively with the lips of her ambassador, which in the sleeve, if not ace, then at least a carte blanche.

And now Alexander Lukashenko flies to China, where he meets with Vladimir Putin. After that, he leaves the summit and returns to Minsk, and after three days Vladimir Putin still changes the ambassador. I want to remind you that Mikhail Babich was able to come to Belarus only after the personal meeting of Lukashenko and Putin at the end of August last year. And before that, Minsk pulled all summer with Agreman. In the same way - after a personal meeting in Beijing - Babich was replaced by Senator Dmitry Mezentsev. That is, the fate of Mikhail Babich is decided exclusively in bilateral negotiations at the highest level. Obviously, during those August negotiations, Vladimir Putin promised Alexander Lukashenko that the soldier would not offend the child and in general Babich would behave well in Minsk. And he could not keep his promise. And in the April negotiations in China, on the contrary, Alexander Lukashenko already promised Vladimir Putin that he would behave well and agree to everything, if only Babich was annoyed. And also, by the way, will not keep his promise.

Now it becomes clear why Lukashenko so hastily flew out of Beijing. He just did not fly there at all for the summit, but to meet with Putin. Could fly to any other point in the world where he would be appointed. And having received the consent of the Russian president to replace the ambassador, he immediately flew back: why did he need some incomprehensible forum of the Great Silk Road, especially since the government delegation participates in it? He flew to Putin - to solve the issue with Babich. So far, I decided.

Andrei Klintsevich, the first secretary of the Russian Embassy in Minsk, is the son of Senator Franz Klintsevich, who, together with his father, received awards for the submission of Crimea in 2014. He remembers very well that the participation of “green men” in the Crimea was not so great: treason was perfectly prepared from the inside. So, in this difficult situation, when the independence of Belarus can depend on the tossing of the coin, you need to carefully “clean” the security forces. Just in case. Because too much depends on them. And Alexander Lukashenko makes a spectacular move - he arrests the deputy Secretary of State Security, the former head of the personal protection of Andrei Vtyurin. Andrei Vtyurin is one of the most close to Lukashenko of the security forces. His father was back in the USSR, from 1977 to 1986 he was the commander of a part of the special forces of the internal troops 3214, which is based under Minsk. But on April 24, Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree No. 158 with a short heading “On A.A. Vturin”. This decree fell into the National Legal Register only on April 30, after the news of the liberation of the Russian Ambassador Mikhail Babich from his position. By decree, Vtyurin was fired from the post of deputy Secretary of State Security Council "for the commission of actions discrediting the rank of soldier." And this is clearly not a bribe. Unofficial information about the arrest of Vtyurin appeared only on April 29 (there is still no official, the KGB does not confirm and does not deny, limiting himself to the usual “without comment”), and Decree No. 158 was signed five days earlier. But in Belarus, corruption affairs have always been indicative. And if the arrest for a bribe is necessarily a prime time and the first stripes, with the indispensable statements of Alexander Lukashenko himself that it will happen to everyone. And here - not a single word, a big secret for a small company.

It is still unknown whether Vtyurin met with Babich. It is not known what role was intended for one of the key security forces in a large political game. However, he can still play. No one will be surprised if after a couple of days Vtyurin is released. No one will be surprised if they are not released at all. Perhaps he is generally an accidentally chosen target - just as an example for all Belarusian security forces: if such a close person who has been trusted for so many years trusted, sent to prison, you can imagine what will happen to each of you, if that.
