In Dubna, an eco -activist was fined for messages in group chat. The court was held in the building of the prosecutor's office

In the village of Dubna, the Tula region, the mother of a 11-month-old child Evgeny Ilyichev was fined for 22 thousand rubles for published in a group chat screenshots of messages with an appeal to come to the gesture against the garbage training ground. The OVD-Info reported this by Ilyicheva herself.

Ilyichev was found guilty of organizing a public event without submitting a notification (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The case file contains prints of messages that the woman sent in a group chat on VKontakte.

“It began with the fact that they came to me through WhatsApp messages that gathering a gathering against garbage. I sent screenshots of these messages to a group conversation in VKontakte. For this, I was called to the police yesterday, and today I was convicted by 22 thousand rubles. But I am a large mother, I have three children, a child benefit - 5800 rubles, ”says Ilyicheva.

The meeting was held in the building of the Duben prosecutor's office, where the judge came. As the administrator of the local human rights telegram channel "Black Cloak" Alexei Vlasov said, in 2008 the Dubensky District Court was abolished in 2008. Judges sometimes hold meetings in the building of the prosecutor's office, although there is another court in the village.

Earlier, under the same article, the Odoevsky District Court of the Tula Region fined Nikita Evtikhevich for 23 thousand rubles. The protocol states that in the group “Overheard Dubensky District” he called for a rally at the city administration building. Vlasov claims that the activist called people to come to the gathering, not a rally.

Another local activist Kirill Gorshkov was also convicted of part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. The Odoevsky court sentenced him to 50 hours of compulsory work allegedly for organizing a demonstration. Gorshkov himself told the OVD-Info that he simply invited everyone to go on a subbotnik on the outskirts of Dubna on VKontakte. The young man was detained on April 30 and for about a day was kept in the Dubenskoy police department, after which they took the court.

On June 17, in the materials of the case (at the disposal of the OVD-Info) there are screenshots of the conversation for 235 people on the VKontakte social network, where the opportunity to go out against the garbage training ground was discussed. The participants in this conversation were police officers and the head of the administration of the Dubensky district, Kirill Guzov.

The case was opened precisely because of reports in the conversation, although the protocol on the offense is about the group "Overheard Dubensky District".
