The Presnensky District Court of Moscow until July 6 arrested Daniil Bondar and Kirill Uchenov. They are suspected of creating a neo-Nazi group (part 1 of article 282.1 of the Criminal Code). about it Writes "Mediazona".
In addition to Uchenov and Bondar, there are four more defendants in the criminal case on the creation of a neo-Nazi group: Daniil Sedov, Vyacheslav Mukhin, Vitaly Kolodyazhny and A. Gorokhov (the name of the man is unknown - approx. OVD-Info ) . MBKh Media writes that Kolodyazhny, Sedov and Gorokhov were released on bail; Mukhin was placed under house arrest. All of them are accused of participating in an extremist community (part 2 of article 282.1 of the Criminal Code).
Bondar was detained on May 7 in Moscow. According to his mother, the son was beaten during the arrest and taken for interrogation "turned blue and swollen from the blows." She called doctors to the building of the Investigative Committee, they concluded that Bondar's retina had detached and he needed to be hospitalized. Lawyer Ilnur Sharapov, who represents Bondar's interests in court, confirmed to OVD-Info that the young man had a bruise under his eye at the meeting.
Bondar's mother said that her son had a third disability group, a few years ago, doctors diagnosed him with Klinefelter's syndrome. Bondar's defense stated that the man was disabled, but the court considered that the lawyer did not submit documents about a serious illness.
According to Mediazona, Bondar denied his guilt in court. At the same time, the investigator stated at the court session that Bondar had confessed.
