According to Mutsolgov, Nalgiev was detained at border control after checking in for a flight to Europe. The Belarusian border guards said that Nalgiyev was wanted at the initiative of the authorities of Ingushetia, after which the activist was handed over to the Minsk police. The Ingush security forces are asking their Belarusian colleagues to bring the activist to Smolensk, where they could pick him up. According to Mutsolgov, Nalgiev has not been officially detained.
