An officer with a poster “I was deceived by Putin” was detained again because of a picketer with a counter-action

In Moscow, near the presidential administration building, for at least the sixth time in a month, an officer in the dismissal of Vladimir Skubak was detained. This was announced by the editor-in-chief of Mouth of Moscow Ivan Klimov.

OVD-InfoSkubak stood in a single picket near the presidential administration building with a sign “I was deceived by Putin. Hunger strike." Two women approached him, one of whom unfurled a “Stop the fifth column” poster. The officer called the police to complain about obstruction of the protest. Law enforcement officers detained Skubak and the woman with the poster and took them to the police department. According to Klimov, the police department was blocked off with fences.

“China-city” Skubak to the publication “Siberia. Realities” that before his dismissal he was not paid the housing subsidy required by law. According to Klimov, Skubak has been on a hunger strike for 18 days.

Earlier, he reported a report on the officer under the article on illegal wearing of a military uniform (Article 17.12 of the Administrative Code), as well as under the article on petty hooliganism (Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code). Then the police said that they had received a signal that the officer was swearing loudly.

Subak was released from the police department with a report under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the rules of the promotion). A similar report was drawn up against the woman who interfered with his picket.
