The court extended the arrest to the wife of the coordinator of Open Russia in Pskov

The court in Pskov extended the arrest of the wife of the Coordinator of Open Russia in Pskov Artem Milushkin until July 15. The judge considered that, with the measure of suppression in the form of house arrest, the accused may hide or continue to engage in criminal activity.

Milushkin’s lawyer demanded to mitigate the preventive measure to his client, explaining that the investigation has no actual evidence except the testimony of one classified witness. The accused himself said that during the detention time he began health problems.

Investigators said that Milushkin could prescribe a psychiatric examination. In a pre -trial detention center, he had an emotional personality disorder, an disorder of adaptive reactions. According to the lawyer, the accused receives psychotropic drugs in prison. Before detention, he was mentally healthy. Milushkin’s mother informed the court that she was not given dates with her son since January 18.

Earlier, the court extended the house arrest to the Open Russia Coordinator in Pskov Liya Milushkina until July 15.
