The FSIN of Buryatia released a clip with scenes of violence over the concluded

Employees of the Department of the Federal Penitentiary Service (Federal Penitentiary Service) in the Republic of Buryatia published a clip in which there are scenes of violence against prisoners. In the video, they are crumbling hands and aim from a crossbow to an apple on their heads.

In the text of the song, employees in departmental form talk about their work - about the team, benefits, sanatorium treatment and remuneration. “We serve Russia for the good, without retreating from the oath, the code and honor here are one - the operative of the Federal Penitentiary Service,” is sung in the video.

In the video, the department’s employees are dancing against the background of the UFSIN building in the Republic of Buryatia, waving the flags of Russia and Buryatia. There are also scenes where portraits of Vladimir Putin and other government officials are visible on the background.

In addition, among the scenes there are those who outraged users of social networks: two employees wring their hands to the prisoner. At this time, the lines "this is the fight against the criminal - the leader whines like a dog. The operative of the Federal Penitentiary Service!" In another scene, the officer aims from a crossbow to the apple, which his colleague puts on his head.

Apparently, the clip is aimed at attracting new employees to the FSIN, there are lines "you are ready to order. Hasten, my friend, be one of us."

On the official website of the department and in its profiles on social networks there is no this video. The press service of the regional FSIN confirmed the Siberia.m. correspondent that the clip was removed by the department’s employees. Its absence on the website of the department was explained by the fact that the video was "intended for intra -decoration".

• In 2018, the Federal Penitentiary Service was in the center of several scandals associated with torture and beatings of prisoners in the colonies. Particular attention was attracted by the situation in the Yaroslavl colony No. 1. In July, the New Gazeta published a video of how the FSIN employees beat the prisoner. After that, the Investigative Committee opened criminal cases of abuse of authority.
• In March of this year, the FSIN Ethics Code made amendments, according to which employees of the department must be polite with prisoners and apologize to them in case of unlawful actions.
