
The court in Yaroslavl fined a resident of the city of Kirill Vostnikov for 30 thousand rubles for photographs of indecent entry about Putin on the building of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. For the publication of the news about the record, local media were blocked, a criminal case was opened against the author of Graffiti.
On March 31, the Vostnikov posted on Facebook a photograph of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, on the columns of which unknown posted the inscription, where Putin is called the insulting designation of homosexuals. During the proceedings, the judge admitted that the inscription was made to the President of Russia, since his surname is often quoted in the press, and he has been in power for a long time. Having posted a photograph on the network, the accused extended the information that, in indecent form, with a clear expression of disrespect and cynicism addresses state authorities and a person, the judge believes. Predatnikov promised to appeal the decision.
