Due to problems with the SSJ-100 aircraft, passengers cannot fly out of Novosibirsk a day

Azimuth passengers remain at the departure point on Monday morning, May 13, Interfax reports .

“At 6 in the morning, the airline decided to cancel the flight due to the non-reserve aircraft, now we are understanding the situation. Most likely, passengers will be sent to the destination with other flights, ”the agency’s interlocutor in the West Siberian prosecutor's office said.

The departure itself was scheduled for 04:45 (Moscow time) on Monday, but due to the malfunction of the aircraft was postponed. More than 90 passengers were registered on the flight, added to the prosecutor's office.

According to the Azimuth Airline website, the entire carrier fleet consists of Sukhoisuperjet 100.
