Rosreestr has adopted the equipment of Alexei Navalny: by the end of the year, the department will create centers in each federal district for the collective use of drones for inspecting land plots from the air. How it will work. The drones will be controlled by state land inspection inspectors. The images obtained from them will then be compared with data from the Unified State Register of Real Estate (USRN) about the boundaries of land plots and buildings on them.

At the same time, the opposite cases are also common - the assessment of inflated taxes due to errors in the cadastre.
What will happen next. In the future, correction of cadastre data from drones will become automatic. However, at a minimum, new real estate properties must be confirmed by a visiting team, and the owner must receive written notification of this and time to register the property with the cadastral register. If the owner believes that a temporary building such as a greenhouse is mistakenly recognized as real estate, he can call a cadastral engineer and then sue.
Who else. Over the past year, several Russian departments have reported on the use of drones in their work. In March of this year, drones developed by the Kalashnikov concern were proposed to be used to track unauthorized dumps and leaks of harmful substances as part of the Smart City project.
