In Moscow, the Investigative Committee charged Andrei Eikin with hooliganism by a group of persons by prior agreement (part 2 of article 213 of the Criminal Code) in the case of a broken window in the United Russia office in Khovrino. It is reported by "Pravozashchita Postcards". Eikin's interests are represented by the lawyer of the organization Sergey Badamshin.

“Eikin, according to the distributed criminal role, videotaped the process of committing a crime,” the resolution says.

According to investigators, on January 30, 2018, four people - Elena Gorban, Alexei Kobaidze, Svyatoslav Rechkalov and Azat Miftakhov - broke a window in the office of the party and threw a smoke bomb into it.

Kobaidze was charged on May 14. He did not deny his participation in the action, but did not agree with the qualification of his actions by the prosecution.
