In an interview with Ionov, Rauf Arashukov said, "what if he had known before how life was arranged in investigative insulators, he would have brought completely different laws." Earlier, he already complained about the conditions of detention in jail.

The inability to conduct normal correspondence with relatives complained to the human rights activist and another prisoner of Lefortovo, the former head of the open government, Mikhail Abyzov. Earlier, according to him, he received letters five days after departure.

In Lefortovo, where correspondence is carried out only with the help of mail, the delay in issuing correspondence is explained by an increase in the number of prisoners and a large load on the censor.

Mikhail Abyzov was detained on March 26. According to investigators, he stole 4 billion rubles from two energy companies in Siberia. He does not admit his guilt.
