The parliamentary morning of Friday was foggy. At least for the fraction of the Popular Front. Deputies of one of the political forces that are part of the ruling coalition gathered for the Council. The party leader, ex-Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk, came to them to divide the fate. They discussed the question: does the “Popular Front” fall into the new composition of the Rada, if Zelensky dismissed, as hinted, the current composition will announce early elections, or does not fall?

The question sounded rhetorical. According to sociologists-and after the presidential campaign, their information is considered to be a pharmacy accurate-the support of the Popular Front was 0.7 percent citizens. For comparison, I will give the rest of the indicators.

If the parliamentary elections took place on the nearly Sunday, then for the “servant of the people”, the party, the series of the same name with the showman Zelensky in the title role, about which nothing is unknown about, would like to vote 39.9 percent of the surveyed voters-the wake of the success of the Zeo team had not yet declined to decline. “Opposition block - for life” would have gained 10.9 percent, a little less - the Petro Poroshenko block (10.9 percent) and even less - “Fatherland” by Yulia Tymoshenko (9.1 percent). On the border of the passing 5 percent, the party “Honor and Strength” Igor Smeshko and the “Civil Position” by Anatoly Gritsenko were held.

Then the deputies moved to the main thing. How to prevent Zelensky from implementing a plan for early parliamentary elections? Immediately officially declare the cessation of the existence of the coalition! “For” voted unanimously. And already at the meeting, the head of the faction, Maxim Burbak, announced that the Popular Front was leaving the ruling “core”. That means - all ...

For the formation of a new coalition, the law takes 30 days, that is, for the next month, is glad - “in the house”. And then you can’t touch it all the more.

The Constitution of Ukraine forbids to dissolve the parliament in the last six months of authority.

Here we need a comment.

The current convocation of Rada began to fulfill his duties on November 27, 2014. Consequently, the last day when it could have rested him in the president’s decree - May 27. Frank delay with the date of inauguration of the chosen head of state gave the key to understanding this reason. Supporters of such tactics spoke, however, about state thinking: they say,

Whatever the parliament of the “Maidan” convocation is - still a counterweight to the dumb “servant of the people”, behind whose back Kolomoisky looms.

But at the disposal of Zelensky, which should take the oath on May 20, still several working days remained. And additional protection measures were required.

The ruling coalition "European Ukraine" actually ceased to exist in the winter of 2016, with the exit from its composition "Fatherland". Before that, the fractions of the Radical Party and Self -Help, with the parliamentary majority, said goodbye to the parliamentary majority. That is, the former association of the five forces of the Maidan was kept only on the "Bloc of Petro Poroshenko", the "Popular Front" and a certain number of non -confectional colleagues. The former allies conflicts among themselves cleaner than with the opposition. And well, it would be only that!

Last March, the District Administrative Court adopted a lawsuit of one of the non -confection deputies for consideration. He demanded that the coordinators of the coalition coalition be recognized: for more than two years, they cannot provide an offer to the Prime Minister on the candidacy of the head of the Ministry of Health! (Ulyana Suprun is still working with the prefix "I.O.") The court decided to request a sofamile list of coalition deputies. But the speaker Andrei Parubiy ignored the demand: they say that the preparation of such a list is not included in the powers of the Rada apparatus. And now the deputies defended their own existence before the fall - the hands of the Popular Front. It would be not comme venue to show such an initiative of the faction of the current president. Enough Petro Poroshenko already heard from the media of ulcerative remarks like “clinging to power” ...

Moreover, the representative of the current president in the Rada Irina Lutsenko, who had already submitted an application for resignation of his own free will, noted that dissolution was still possible. And the BPP faction is not at all afraid of early elections, on the contrary!

The Zelensky team also reacted to a demarche entitled "There is no more coalition." As usual, Dmitry Razumkov, adviser on political issues, was done by Vladimir. He emphasized that he was not ready to comment on the legal component of what happened. But he said: “The current game is another evidence that the deputies are indifferent to the people who elected them. It is more important to extend your serene existence for them. ”

The parallel with the last season of the series "Servant of the People" is striking. The anger of the people is sent to the hall full of "loafers and corrupt officials."

What distinguishes life from the series? The absence of a new electoral code, which has been talking about for so long in Ukraine. Early parliamentary elections, if they still take place, will go again on closed lists. And the number of cats, including fat, in party bags will be at the same level, if it does not surpass it. But populism does not imply the analysis of the consequences.

The last days have been marked by the abundance of voluntary resignation of the members of the team of Petro Poroshenko. The Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin wrote a statement and, according to fashion, reported his decision in the video. The head of the Foreign Ministry clearly made it clear that Zelensky could count on his hand. There is information published by the Ukrainian Pravda Internet resource: before the cadence of the current head of state, the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, Alexander Turchinov, will be completed.

Against such a background, the news that the singer Svyatoslav Vakarchuk creates his own party “Voice” and intends to participate in the elections to the Rada was not loudly sounded. Around the possible political career of Vakarchuk, as well as around Zelensky, the corresponding rumors hung for more than a year. Until a certain point, they both kept the intrigue and gained sympathy in absentia. But now the situation has changed. Determination, even impudence, brought Zelensky victory and so far continues to help a set of heights. Vakarchuk’s refusal from the presidential race cooled the ardor of his potential supporters to 1.5-0.9 percent. So much, according to sociologists, is gaining the conditional party “Voice” and its leader in the elections to the Rada.
