The deputy head of Rosrezerv was placed under house arrest in connection with a 3 billion ruble fraud case.

On May 16, the Basmanny District Court of Moscow placed Alexander Kiryukhin, deputy head of the Federal Reserve Agency, under house arrest until June 20 in the case of embezzlement in the execution of a state contract for 3 billion rubles, a court representative told RIA Novosti .

On May 17, the court also arrested Sergei Ulanin, director of the Research Institute for Storage Problems of the Federal Reserve Agency (NIPH), until June 20 in the case of embezzlement. The theft, according to TASS, occurred during the execution of a contract for the supply of diesel fuel. Ulanin himself denies the accusation.

Kiryukhin became deputy head of Rosrezerv in 2009, before that he worked at Yukos, and in 2002 he headed the department of oil products and emergency goods of Rosrezerv. this department until 2013 Ulanin also headed , and after that he headed the NIPH.
