Almost seven years have passed after that tragedy, and life, as they say, continues. Alexei Bogdanov-saved from the rubble of the fireman-she also continues. And what is it - the life of the hero?
I pass by the registration rack in a cozy, clean room - this is a Bubnovsky rehabilitation center. Near the sofa in a wheelchair, a short -haired, large physique man sits, in the appearance of forty -five years. On the T -shirt from behind, he was written “EMERCOM of Russia”. This is Alexei Bogdanov. He looks at his watch, waiting for classes with a doctor. Nearby, on the sofa is a young man of about twenty -eight, friend and colleague of Alexei Ilya.
I go up to say hello:
- How do you feel, Alexei Mikhailovich?
- Normally, in the morning it is already tuned to active work. Here we have accumulated money to the center, we go to engage. And then my fingers on my hand do not extend, I don’t feel my legs - I can’t stand ... In general, I don’t feel everything below the lower back. Well, at least friends help with transport a lot, - Bogdanov nods at his comrade.
Ilya cheerfully smiles. Despite the fact that he is on his feet today from four in the morning, and there is still all day ahead.
“The guys take me in turn for treatment,” continues Alexei. - Well, I live in Dmitrov, with my mother, and I pass the treatment on the aircraft engine. Ilyukha today went from Moscow after me, took it and brought here. Then, after classes, we’ll see each part to the part of the part, we will see it - and I will be lucky in Dmitrov back to Dmitrov. Without friends, I simply would not survive, there is nothing to say here ...
- But what about the state? Does it care about you?
- The state ... but how, cares ...
Our conversation is interrupted by an instructor who announces the start of classes. We go to the spacious hall, where the doctor re -teaches Alexei to live in his body.

The next hour and a half I will witness a real struggle that Alexei wages with himself. This brave man, who saved his life seven years ago, carried people out of the fire, who on that terrible day was under the rubble of the collapsed wall and lost his comrade - continues to fight to this day.
- I can't! - Bogdanov lies on the floor, breathing heavily and squinting his eyes.
“Don't say tired.” Who is getting tired here? That's right, instructor! - the doctor jokes. - And you, Lesha, need to overcome yourself and get to your feet. Drink water, rest and continue!
And so an hour and a half, twice a week.

After these hours and a half have passed, Ilya helps a friend dress, shoe and puts him in the car. The next stop is the fire department in which Alexei served before the tragedy in 2012.
The gates open, and Alexei is imported in a stroller in a native, familiar firefighter. The smiles of colleagues, handshakes ... The car that goes to the call will sign a colleague in greeting.
I go on the goal with Alexei - the benefit of our meeting fell on the open day in the fire department, when the fighters temporarily become guides for everyone. While adults and children were fascinated by rescuers and examined the equipment, Alexei Mikhailovich offered me hot tea.
In the corridor, we are met by a domestic cat, which "hunts fish in the aquarium, what you can do with her." On the corner in the room there is a large glass stand of memory of the deceased Artem Oblomov and other fighters: photos, newspaper clippings ...

From neighboring rooms, the voices of children and firefighters are heard, who enthusiastically tell them about their profession. And Alexei and I are already sitting in the kitchen.
“You have very good friends,” I carefully go, warming my hands with a cup.
- Yes. I can’t imagine what I would do without my comrades. Mom is an elderly person, she has a problem with her health, and besides her guys, I have no one. The state formally fulfilled all the obligations: the government after that tragedy paid me 2 million, plus insurance. With this money, my mother and I bought an apartment in Dmitrov. And before they lived in Khrushchev with a narrow elevator, it was impossible to stay there in my case. Well, I go to the sanatorium in social protection, this is true. Pensions are enough only for food, rent and tablets with my mother. The guys help to collect for treatment ... The Ministry of Emergencies helps!
However, as it turned out, not the ministry helps, but the same “guys who have written“ EMERCOM ”on the form.

For several days a week they take turns, one or the other, with dawn on their cars, traveling after a colleague in Dmitrov, they are being taken to the center of Moscow for rehabilitation, then again to Dmitrov. And in the evening they still keep up with work.
- I'm not an employee of the Ministry of Emergencies now. I am a rescuer who suffered in the performance of official duty, and a disabled person. In this situation, climb as you can. They paid, deleted - forgot.
Alexey says: I faced such a problem. To go to Moscow from Dmitrov for treatment, they cannot allocate a car from the Ministry of Emergencies: they say, the mileage limit is exhausted a day, not supposed to. And you need to go to Moscow often, and the guys are already somehow awkwardly to pull the guys all the time. Of course, there is an option to remove some odnushka in Moscow-at least for the duration of the rehabilitation course. But for such a luxury there is no money even with the gentleman of the Order of Courage.

Colleagues from the detachment in attempts to organize additional assistance for Alexei decided to unite rescuers from different fire units in order to collect money for treatment. To do this, they submitted a request to the VKontakte fire group.
But the group rejected the group, explaining that such actions discredit the Ministry of Emergencies as a state structure.
Then Alexei’s colleagues decided to write a letter to the president with a request to pay attention to the situation with the injured employee of the Ministry of Emergencies. Everyone wanted to achieve assistance, good treatment.
As usually happens in such situations, a hype rose, the situation has a little-but it changed: soon Alexei Mikhailovich was taken by the helicopter to the Hospital of the Ministry of Emergencies for treatment, from where later the plane in St. Petersburg.
The veteran of the Ministry of Emergencies was again in Moscow with flights, crossings. It’s good that “their own” will not be thrown and not abandoned.
Today, Alexei lives in one of the Moscow rehabilitation centers, and now he is closer to go for treatment - not from Dmitrov. He will return to his hometown after a while, and what will happen next is still unknown.

Bogdanov wants, and most importantly, he can get up from a wheelchair. There is a chance for recovery, and it cannot be missed. Now, living with an elderly mother and accepting the help of faithful colleagues, Alexey is reducing simple body movements. A step closer to his goal, he is made by loved ones for rehabilitation money. But the money has the ability to end, the colleagues have to retire, the mother has to age, and he - Bogdanov - needs to live for many more years.
- I will continue to fight and be treated. I really, really want to get on my feet. I often have a dream: a dream, how my dream comes true - I get up and ... I go!
