The event will begin on May 18 at 10:00 at the intersection of Rogachev and poet Sorokin in the Yuzhny microdistrict. The rally is agreed with the authorities, the organizers told Taiga.info.
Participants will oppose the development of a wasteland with an area of 13 hectares, on which, according to the general plan of the city, there should be a park. They plan to collect signatures under the appeal to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“According to the General Plan, the Earth was indicated in the“ R-2 ”zone-it passed as a territory for the installation of a park. Then at this place they decided to build a school and a kindergarten for the South microdistrict, ”the local social activist Svetlana Shvedova told Taiga.info. - For this, the deputies are honestly, that then the rest of the land will be transferred to the park zone, they allowed permission to transfer the land to the building zone. And now it suddenly became clear that the earth would not be transferred back, but would be allocated for construction. ”
Now there is a wasteland on the site. The authorities proposed transferring the park to another place. “To do this, they offer to allocate a narrow strip with a width of 50 meters near the brick factory, next to the road to it, on which trucks constantly drive, on a slope of 45 degrees,” said Shvedova.
The social activist noted that “at the gossip level” a possible developer of the territory is called the famous Berd businessman Viktor Golubev.
Golubev owns dozens of companies in various fields: from the hotel business to the medical center and fuel trade. In addition, the businessman is headed by the Crystal hockey club, which plays in the Siberian Student Hockey League. The entrepreneur is a member of the Board of Trustees of Karelin-Fund, founded by State Duma deputy Alexander Karelin.
In 2014, he, together with his brother Vladimir , the current speaker of the Berdsk City Council, was accused of illegal entrepreneurial activity and violation of security rules at the enterprise. According to investigators, they created an underground oil industry Octan CJSC. The deputy received a year and three months, he was deprived of the authority at the request of the prosecutor's office, but he re -elected into the current convocation of the City Council. Businessman Viktor Golubev, also accused of illegal storage of ammunition-a year and a half of the penal colony.
Both Golubev were amnestied on the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Later, Vladimir Golubev got 300 thousand rubles from the state as compensation for an unproven accusation of violation of safety precautions at the enterprise.
