The court in Moscow did not arrest a young mother who threw a two -year -old daughter into the clinic - a "mistake of youth"

The Savelovsky Court of Moscow did not choose a preventive measure for the native of Ukraine Maria Rudnitskaya, who deliberately left his two -year -old daughter in a clinic on Butyrskaya Street to get rid of her education.

According to the Moscow Komsomolets , leaving the courtroom, Rudnitskaya with relatives and a lawyer tried to escape and even climbed under the standing train on the railway tracks along the Butyrsky Val Street. Then they moved to a lawyer’s car and disappeared. On what basis Rudnitsky was released, it is not yet clear.

On May 16, video surveillance cameras in the lobby of the children's city clinic number 15 on Butyrskaya Street recorded how a young woman enters the building with a child in her arms, and a few minutes later she leaves him without a child, gets into the car and leaves. As it turned out, the woman left her two -year -old daughter in the corridor of the clinic, the doctors raised the alarm and called the police.

On May 18, the operatives detained the 21-year-old mother of the girl. Rudnitskaya with her mother and sister, five years ago, moved to Moscow from Zhmerinka, and in 2016 she gave birth to a daughter Arina, but did not want to engage in raising a child, considering the girl a mistake of her youth and a burden.

Rudnitskaya stated that she left the child in the clinic, since "she could not cope with his duties," and in response to the question of why she did not give the girl to the orphanage, she said that she did not think of this. Investigators found that Mary was pushed by her roommate - 27 -year -old Shamil, who did not accept the child Rudnitsky from previous relations and did not want to participate in the upbringing of the girl.

According to the BAZA Telegram channel, the girl wants to adopt more than 40 families from different cities of Russia. Currently, the guardianship authorities are responsible for the child, the girl’s grandmother has a priority right to adapt. She said that she was already preparing documents to pick up the child to herself.

Earlier it was reported that Rudnitsky would be charged under Articles 125 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (leaving in danger) and 156 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (failure to fulfill the obligations to raise a child). According to the first article, she was faced with a fine of up to 80 thousand rubles or imprisonment for up to 1 year, according to the second article - a fine of up to 100 thousand rubles or imprisonment for up to 3 years. However, the accusations were not in the end.
