The Vice-Speaker also noted that the development of voids "will be carried out until the builders have the confidence that the reconstruction of the hall will be safe." “And given what they found, it already increases the terms and the cost of the entire repair. I do not exclude that I will have to abandon the idea of ​​reconstruction of the hall and engage in the strengthening of the foundation in order to at least not fall underground,” Lebedev concluded.

The beginning of the repair of the plenary session was scheduled for the summer of 2019.
