In Moscow, 10 schools are evacuated due to the threat of explosion

About nine thousand people are evacuated from 10 metropolitan schools after anonymous messages about the threat of an explosion. This was reported to TASS by a source in law enforcement agencies.

"On Monday, anonymous messages about the mining of 10 Moscow schools were received in operational services, including two police colleges. About nine thousand people were evacuated during the building check," the agency’s interlocutor said.

Some schools, as well as two police colleges have already been checked. The threat was false.

In the morning, it was about the evacuation of a police college in South Tushino and three branches of the prestigious school N 57 in the center of Moscow. Later, information about mining N 962 on Sannikova Street appeared. There, 873 people were taken out of the building of the educational institution, the Teacher Gazeta clarifies.

On the evening of Monday, an anonymous message was also received about the threat of an explosion in the Ostankino television center. Dandarists were sent to the television center. The message about the threat of the explosion was false. "There were no explosive devices and suspicious objects in the building. The threat of the explosion was false," said a source in law enforcement.

Also, dog handlers went to school on Akademika Anokhin Street to check the threat of an explosion. In addition, the operational services received an anonymous message about the "mining" of a residential building on Michurinsky Prospekt. They also sent dog handlers there.

SK began checking after reports on the mining of capital schools, the official website of the Main Directorate of the IC of the Russian Federation Moscow said.

In the past few months, unknown have repeatedly reported the mining of a number of schools, universities and other institutions in Moscow and the Moscow Region. In all cases, law enforcement agencies conducted an audit, but explosive devices were not found anywhere.
