Money for the Novosibirsk LDS will go to the Moscow state.

The authorities will sign a contract for the construction of the Novosibirsk LDS with the only participant in the competition. The facility went to a company that regularly receives billionths from federal and regional structures.

The regional Ministry of Construction announced a competition for the construction of the Ice Sports Palace on Nemirovich-Danchenko Street in Novosibirsk. The initial price of the contract amounted to 5.76 billion rubles. The only participant was Elinalf LLC, with whom it is planned to sign the contract, according to the public procurement website.

Funds will be allocated from the regional and federal budgets.

Previously, the construction of the facility for 10.5 thousand spectators was estimated at 3.5-4 billion rubles. At the April meeting of the relevant committee of the Legislative Assembly, the price of 9.5 billion was already announced, the deputies spoke about 15 billion.

Elinalf LLC, according to the Kontur-Focus base, belongs to Alexei Mochalov. The company regularly receives state contracts. Their total amount, according to the Rusprofile service, exceeds 40 billion rubles. The company's website says that the total cost of the built 47 objects is more than 36.4 billion

Elinalf built the Ice Arena to the Universiade 2019 in Krasnoyarsk, and also reconstructed the regional biathlon Academy and other large sports facilities in Russia. The company was engaged in the repair of the educational buildings of the Russian Academy of Civil Service (RANEPA).
