In less than a day after the inauguration speech, “I dissolve the Rada!”, And the leaders of the factions came at the invitation of the head of state to the administration. And they confirmed: they are ready for early elections, let's discuss it objectively.

At the beginning of the meeting, the president recalled the presence of both political and legal grounds for the dissolution of the parliament:

“The main argument is the extremely low trust of citizens to this institution - 4%. The coalition has not existed since 2016. "

Zelensky and his team still moved to the building on Bankova Street. Although, according to most experts, without open lists, early elections turn into a profanity of the process - it makes sense only to the political class, which needs to take into account the interests of sponsors, shadow holders of shares of parties and parties in order to obtain their part of velvet chairs in the hall for “solved” and other necessary people.

This audience will follow the first five lists presented on television. And the belated voter indignation will already be powerless.

A closed proportional system is now most beneficial to the party of Zelensky “Servant of the People”. The phenomenon of the series continues to work. According to sociologists, almost 40% of those who are going to the polls are ready to vote for the party. Nothing is unknown about the “servants of the people”, except that they are headed by Ivan Bakanov, a childhood friend of the head of state and the chief lawyer of the Kvartal 95 studio. While the material was preparing for the press, the presidential decree Bakanov took the position of First Deputy Chairman of the SBU, the head of the Main Directorate for Combating Corruption and Organized Crime. Now the party will have to urgently look for a new “head”.

With the help of “servants” Zelensky, political scientists say, plans to receive a parliamentary majority and its own government.

That is, in fact, the sole power in the country - if all a hundred days will act rapidly and assertively, as now, at the start.

For reforms, of course, it is better when the control center is concentrated in one hand. But the parliamentary and presidential form of the state structure of the country does not imply a lack of balance.

"Do not become participants in the conspiracy!"

The decree on the dissolution of the Rada (he saw the light immediately after the meeting with the leaders of the fractions) defines the date of early elections: July 21. On May 22, the president asked the speaker of Parubia to collect an extraordinary meeting in order to make these edits to the law on the election of people's deputies. But the speaker, opening the meeting, warned: the decree contradicts the Constitution and will be appealed to the Constitutional Court: “The president has no such authority - to establish the fact of the existence of a parliamentary coalition!”

Authoritative sociologist, director of the Democratic Initiatives Foundation, Irina Bekeshkina, reproached the new president for the use of fake data. "Where did 4%come from?" The Public Movement “Center UA” and the “honestly” movement also called for deputies not to become “conspiracy participants” and not to vote for the Elections Law proposed by the President of Zelensky. Activists note: the draft of the electoral code, which introduces open lists in the parliamentary and local elections, has not passed the profile committee. They want to replace the document with others and thus switch to a proportional system with closed lists.

The head of the administration himself has already managed to turn into a “broadcast of the air” after resonant statements. He proposed to bring to the All -Ukrainian referendum the question of the possibility of peaceful negotiations with the Russian Federation (“so that the politician does not make a decision that the society will split and the society made decisions”) and in a rather relaxed manner appreciated the prospects for the resignation of Prime Minister Vladimir Groysman (“No one will cry if he introduces such a proposal, the end of the history of Ukraine will not happen!”).

According to analysts, a statement of negotiations with the Kremlin is a kind of monitoring attempt: how many citizens of the “pro -Russian” and “pro -Ukrainian” orientation are in the asset of the new president.

After all, as you know, not a mono -electrode voted for Zelensky, as, for example, for the head of the “opposition platform - for life”, and often people of diametrical political views, who were united by the rejection of the second term of Petro Poroshenko.

But then they changed the conditions ... We decided to follow the old agreements. We were ready to accept the battle. The only thing we did not expect is vile ambush. It was just shooting. "

According to General Khomchak, the Ukrainian troops in the Ilovaysk area were opposed by the battalion groups of landing, landing and motoring brigades of the Russian Federation.

During the debate at the stadium, Zelensky asked Poroshenko: "Why no one is sitting for Ilovaisk and Debaltseve?"

Currently, two bills on the same topic have appeared on the site of the Rada. The first is the authorship of Vladimir Zelensky at number 10319, where it is proposed to hold early elections according to a proportional electoral system with closed party lists, cancel the majority, reduce the passage barrier to 3%. The second bill No. 10319-1 registered a group of people's deputies. It proposes to change the electoral system to proportional, with open lists.
